Meet Doug
Doug Woehr has nearly three decades of real estate experience. He has spent his career with Coldwell Banker building trust within his Central Florida community. Doug has spent most of his life in Central Florida, specifically Seminole County. He has a degree in Real Estate and RE Investment. Doug is a skilled negotiator with a passion for serving others. The goal of every encounter Doug engages in with his clients is simple: exceed their expectations.
Doug has an incredible heart for service. He serves as an Elder at Northland Church, where he also serves on their disaster response team and assists in leading local serve days. He is a Board Member for Meals on Wheels Etc. in Seminole County.
Doug’s top priorities are faith and family. He and his wife, Carroll, have been married for over 27 years. The couple has two beautiful daughters. Doug enjoys spending time outdoors and being around their animals, both dogs and horses. He also enjoys a very active lifestyle and supporting UCF Sports.

Carroll Woehr began her real estate career in 1996. She is a proud UCF Alumni and supporter, where she graduated with a Finance and Business Degree. Since the start of her real estate career, Carroll has worked alongside her husband, Doug. She is a naturally organized individual and her business mindset helps foster growth. The couple has been married for 27 years and has two beautiful daughters.
Carroll has a beautiful passion for people. Faith and family are her priorities. She serves in various ministries at Northland Church, such as women’s ministry, LifeHope Childcare (an organization that strives to help single mothers), and 121Hope (anti-human trafficking). Carroll has a heart to make a difference on women’s lives. She also serves as the Vice President for Crossroads Corral for the past 7 years.
Carroll loves to be with her family. Spending time with her daughters and supporting them in their passions brings her so much joy. Their family loves spending time outdoors and with their animals, both horses and dogs.
